Who can get the £5 Tesco e-Gift?

Selected Tesco Mobile customers who will be contacted via text message.

 

How do I claim my Tesco e-Gift?

Selected customers will be sent a text message between 1st -5th December explaining how to claim your free e-Gift. We'll tell you how to go to our dedicated website to enter your mobile number and claim code, which will be in the text message. You must claim within 30 days of receiving your text message.

 

How long do I have to claim my Tesco e-Gift?

Eligible customers have 30 days from receipt of your text message to claim. After this time, your claim code will expire and we can't issue another one.

 

How will I receive my gift?

Your Tesco e-Gift will be emailed to you from reward@mytescomobile.com.

 

When will I receive my gift?

We aim to get your Tesco e-Gift to you via email within 24 hours of you claiming it on our dedicated website.

 

What if I don't receive the email or the gift doesn't work?

If you have claimed online and your gift hasn't arrived within 5 days of claiming — or if it doesn't work — please contact our customer service team on 0330 123 3477* or email reward@mytescomobile.com.

 

Can I use my gift straight away?

Yes, once your Tesco e-Gift arrives, you can use it straight away.

 

How long is my Tesco e-Gift valid for?

The Tesco e-Gift and any balance will expire after 5 years.

 

Where can I spend my Tesco e-Gift?

Tesco e-Gifts can be used in Tesco stores, but not online or in petrol stations.

The use of the £5 Tesco e-Gift is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

  • Treat this digital gift card like cash, lost or stolen digital gift cards cannot be replaced.
  • Redeem at any UK Tesco store, excluding Republic of Ireland. Excludes purchases from Tesco Petrol Stations. You can check your available balance at any Tesco store or by calling 03450 757 757*.
  • Digital gift cards cannot be used online.
  • Digital gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • The digital gift card and balance will expire five years from purchase or last digital gift card use.
  • Damaged, altered or cancelled digital gift cards will not be accepted.
 

* 03 numbers mean that all calls from private telephones, including mobiles, will only be charged at local rate. They will also be included as part of any inclusive call minutes provided by your phone operator.
